About me
Hello, my name is Dana Poeth and I am a 17-year-old student from The Netherlands, currently studying at Sint Lucas in Eindhoven.
Since I got into Sint Lucas, I've worked with various programs, especially Adobe programs. I can work with Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, XD, and Indesign. I have also worked with Blender and learned to animate in this program. The program I use to most is Procreate. A few weeks ago I got Procreate Dreams and for animating is this program the key.
I've been drawing since I was 10 or 11 and never stopped. I love drawing and animating dragons, fantasy creatures, and animals. My oc is a dragon and I have drawn him in a lot of different styles. I am very inspired by Disney! I love their 2D animation and the CGI. But the one thing I am most inspired by is standing in one of their parks. The Tower Of Terror(The Hollywood Tower Hotel) Ever since I visited Paris I can't stop thinking about it. In lots of my drawings, I try to sneak a little of it in.
I have made huge progress in the last 2 years of studying at Sint Lucas. I have learned how to work with Adobe programs or animate a walk cycle. I am still learning to become better at these things, especially at animating. One day I would love to make a smooth animation with music.
Besides school, I play volleyball and I am very ambitious about it. I am open to new things and love being active. I love being outside like walking with our dog or biking to work. When I'm free from school I travel to family and friends because most of them live in different parts of The Netherlands. My side jobs are working at the Jumbo bakery and cleaning for the Elderly.
